Event Planning & Coordination
When is the best time to book planning or coordination services? Most clients reserve planning, partial planning, or coordination 3–6 months in advance. This gives us time to build your timeline, curate vendors, and design a cohesive vision.
If you’re planning a shower, private dinner, or intimate gathering, 2–3 months is usually perfect.
Last-minute planning support is occasionally available for simple events - just reach out to check availability.
Event Styling & Design
When should I book styling services? For custom styling, theme design, florals, tablescapes, or elevated setups, booking 4–8 weeks ahead ensures time for concepting, ordering items, and creating a cohesive design.
For simpler styling needs (balloons, small tablescapes, photo moments), 2–3 weeks is typically enough.
If you need something within 7–10 days, I can sometimes accommodate rush bookings depending on inventory and schedule.
Micro-Event Spaces
How far in advance should I reserve a micro-event space? These spaces tend to book quickly for weekends. For guaranteed availability, most clients book 1–3 months in advance.
For weekday gatherings, styled shoots, or small dinners, 2–4 weeks is usually fine.
If you’re looking at a peak weekend (Mother’s Day, bridal shower season, fall, November–December holidays), booking 6–8 weeks ahead is recommended.
Rentals (dishes, décor, tables, props)
When should I reserve rentals? To secure specific items or larger quantities, booking 2–4 weeks in advance is ideal.
For last-minute needs, We often can accommodate requests within a few days as long as the inventory is available.
Holiday & Seasonal Events
How far in advance should I book during busy seasons? Holiday weekends and popular months (spring showers, fall, and Christmas) fill the fastest. Clients often secure these dates 6–12 weeks ahead.
If you’re planning something for Thanksgiving through New Year’s, reaching out early is your best bet.
