Every luxury picnic we create is thoughtfully styled with a designer’s eye - layered textures, curated color stories, refined details, and a focus on atmosphere. We don’t do “themes”; we craft mood-driven experiences that feel elevated, cohesive, and completely bespoke to your life's moments.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your color story
Browse our curated palette collections - refined, artfully coordinated color stories that shape the look and feel of your picnic. These palettes guide the styling, but every setup is uniquely designed with fresh florals, layered textiles, candlelight, and thoughtfully selected décor.
2. Pick your location
Already have the perfect spot? Wonderful. If not, we’ll recommend beautiful options — including our exclusive setup package at The Bungalow.
3. We handle the details
We coordinate with our floral partner and preferred food vendor, manage all deliveries, and create a fully styled picnic for up to 8 guests. (Larger groups can be accommodated.)
4. Enjoy your experience
Simply arrive and enjoy. When your gathering wraps, we return for breakdown and cleanup — no stress, no mess.

Everything needed for a beautifully styled picnic
Curated, coordinated, and designed for up to 8 guests. This experience is offered as a full package and is not reduced for smaller groups. Additional guests may be added individually or at quantities of 8 guests per table for an elevated rate.

Our luxury picnics are full-service, high-touch experiences curated with layered textiles, premium table settings, fresh florals, candlelight, styled décor, and intentional design. We coordinate directly with our floral and food partners, manage all deliveries, and handle the complete setup + teardown so your only job is to arrive and enjoy.
Luxury Picnic Experience - up to 8 guests - $2000
Includes rugs, low tables, seating for 8, full tablescape (charger, dinner plate, salad plate, premium flatware, crystal glassware, water goblets), fresh florals, candlelight, pillows, layered décor, setup, teardown, and coordination with our preferred floral + food vendors.
Additional Guests
Our picnic tables seat 8 guests comfortably. For groups larger than 8, a second full setup is required, we do not offer per-person pricing, as each table is a complete, styled experience.
Proposal Package - $1750
A more intimate, elevated styling concept designed exclusively for proposals - includes luxe floral styling, enhanced décor details, and tailored timing coordination.
